After this long time of preparation and effective realization of our Pan American Meeting, whose fruits we can already find in our circumscriptions and conferences throughout America, the realization of our face-to-face meeting in May 2022 is approaching. date of the Meeting, we will have some communications, which will be sent in due course. For the time being, we ask the attention of the brothers summoned to the following:
Date and schedule
Due to the rescheduling from 2020 to 2022, we will make a small change to the date of the face-to-face meeting, to keep it from Sunday to Sunday: May 01 to 08, 2022. Those summoned must necessarily arrive in Brazil by April 30, at 6:00 pm (São Paulo time), to allow timely travel to the meeting place. For the same reason, they must schedule their departure from May 9, at 7 am.
Meeting place, airports and flights
The meeting will be held at the Santo Antônio Seminary, in São Pedro (SP), a house in our Province of the Capuchins of São Paulo, about 200km from the state capital. In order to facilitate a shorter journey to the meeting place, we ask that those invited preferably arrive at Viracopos International Airport (VCP), in Campinas (SP). The second option is Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). From both airports, we will organize the transfer towards the Santo Antônio Seminary. With these two options, it is certain that none of the brothers will have difficulties with their flights. In due course, everyone’s arrival and departure days and times will be requested.
